All services provided by Best Jyotish include personalised astrological readings, horoscope reports, consultations, and any related material. As such, there is no physical shipping involved.
Upon successful payment, users will receive confirmation via email, message, or call. For consultations, a date and time will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Reports and other documents will be delivered to your registered email ID or will be available as necessary for download via a secure link, as specified during your booking process.
We strive to deliver all digital products within the agreed timeline. Typically, written reports are delivered within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. In the case of live consultations, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance.
If you do not receive the service within the expected timeframe, please check with the person you related to initially and ensure your contact details were entered correctly. If the issue persists, kindly reach out to our customer support team with your order reference.
