Cancellation and Refund Policy - BestJyotish

At Best Jyotish, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or request a refund. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our cancellation and refund practices.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation or the delivery of a paid service. Cancellations made within the specified time frame will not incur any charges. For digital services that have already been delivered, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

Refunds are considered only in cases where the service was not delivered or there was a technical error on our part. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with predictions or outcomes, as astrology is interpretative and based on symbolic analysis. If you believe there has been a mistake or you did not receive the service as promised, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. 

All refund requests must be made in writing via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30–45 working days. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the service was delivered as described.
